I'm still a novice Doc with 0-0-2-3 skill set... I made a action enchancment A but I cant it to work no matter where I am... I don't even get an messege as to why it wont work like when using regular medpacks outside a hospital or camp.

Am I missing something? Is this a known issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

y'need at least x.2.x.x to get the ability to use buffs.
