In real life, if some guy had a card table set up on the side of a dirt road giving out flu shots, would you go to him?
So why would you hang around dusty starports with disabled smokey vehicles and people screaming at the top of their lungs selling their crap looking for buffs and heals?
I'm sorry but this is a Roleplaying game.
I think we should be in the medical centers if we are near one.
I understand field work, and there is nothing wrong with that, there are times where there are no facilities, but now with the whip out the pokemon droid anywhere anytime with no camp, medical centers may as well get removed from the game.
Let's bring useage back to medical centers.
Educate people on how to see if a Doctor is currently registered in a med center...
I will be at Nym's stronghold medical center giving out 5k Master Buffs on Chilastra ususally from 6-10pm EST, PM me if interested...

Agreed. But sadly, the only way that would ever happen is if there were an incentive for healing in the med center. Like an additional wound treatment bonus.

They need to give med centers a 130 med rating. then we will see hoppin' med centers once again.

Give the Med Center an additional bonus, only if you /register with the planetary map. This will allow people to see that the Med Center is manned by a Doctor. Maybe have the sun symbol next to the Med Center (on the map) fade from yellow to green based on the Doctors Wound Treatment level. This will allow people to know how good the registered Doctor is.

Agreed. As it is med centers are a place for people to tumble.
