I have a droid with a 110 med mod in it. is there anything else i should have had put in it to get better bufffs?

Nope, 110 is the best you can get, though I'd suggest getting a food and chemical crafting station and storage compartments put in it too as it allows you to craft in the middle of nowhere.

Nope, 110 medical droids are better than Hospitals and are better than the best Ranger camps, especially now that you can call them anywhere...

Makes sense to me, I mean, to be able to perform the most compicated medical tasks would be much more effecive in the middle of nowhere with a little tin can robot, rather than an entire staffed building with equipment and surgical droids, right?

They are just going to remove hospitals and camps from the game now anyway because they are useless.
