I know that when I register at a pc med center, everyone on the planet that does a ctrl v and searches med centers will see a star by the name of the med center indicating that I am there doing buffs or healing. That's what register does. Im also going to put down an afk buff droid in the med center.

Yes the med center is 100% eff. No one knows if you have a droid out that does 110% eff, which one will you benefit from.

The player cantina heal is a known bug. Dunno when it will get fixed.

Well, in our player city, you can heal wounds in the cantina while people are healing their minds and bf.

NO ONE goes into the medical center.

Registering before trhe patch gets better buff results. Well some claimed it did i am not sure it did at all as i had varying results. But i can say that i prefer to buff in any med center no matter where i am as opposed to outside a starport.

The Cantina thing actualyl was a known bug befroe cities got live... It has been on the list since then. A bunch of little celan-up work on cities never happened, when devs got derailed to soem serious bugs (probably on vehicles).

As of the last official statemnt I had, player city med centers are not supposed to have a bonus at all, though it was discussed and Z and I were all for it at the time (I honestly don't remember wich fo the 7 CM correspondents was on duty at that time, but he was for it too) it never happened, nor was it promised.

The player hospital healing modifier was the first thing I tested when publish 7 went live. My results:

Hospital w/o droid or registration: 100
Hospital w/o droid, w/registration: 100
Hospital w/droid : 110

Conclusions: Registering in the hospital does not grant a 110 healing modifier and calling a 110 rated droid in the hospital does grant the droid's 110 modifier.

I did this test by buffing myself, in my hospital, using the same pack every time.

Ifdroids are working in med centers be careful. That also means low rated droids overwrite the med center 100.

If you have a 45 rated droid out, everyone's heals go down. Yes, there are people out there with less then 110 droids.
