Thread: Some doctors really suck -RANT-
Their the Doctor.
Im sorry to say, but its totally their choice on who to buff and who not to buff. If they are a proponent of one side of the GCW or another, then respect their choice and find someone else.
I have stopped buffing strangers COMPLETELY due to the fact that i have neither the time, or thepatience to deal with many of the rude people out there. Just today I walked through Cnet and saw a guy walk up to a Doctor who was selling buffs, and hada fair line of people waiting. This guy walks up and says, "your whering BE clothes right? I dont want no **edit** 1000 buff." I wanted to walk up and /duel that dumbass, though he probably wouldnt have accepted. Its not like its us Docs that can determine whether its a 1000k buff or a 2800 buff.
Then the guy sits down, and when the doc asks for who was next in line, he says he is, even though there are 2-3 other people who were sitting there already.
Next time you get angry at a Doc, try and remember, we have to put up with just as much, or morerudeness than you.
as a doc I'm neutral, I buff everyone except overts cause it won't let me.
my alt is a rebel, but it's my alt, not my doc. so as a doc I don't care who am I buffing/healing unless the guy isn't polite.

Personally I couldn't care less what side of a faction a player is on. When I'm buffing, I'm doing this just that, buffing. I'm not fighting, I'm not warring, I'm not picking fun at rebels - just buffing. I buff, get money, next person. If they're a rebel, neutral, imperial - all the same to me when I buff.
Personally, I agree with this. I mean it's true that everyone has their own views and to each their own. That being said... I find it difficult to comprehend how someone can take game-factions so seriously... even for role-playing. Sometimes I think it's because some people have no other outlet for creativity so they choose to express it in game... or that maybe they so desperately wish they really WERE a part of the Star Wars Universe that they do they're best to pretend they ARE in fact a Master Doctor sitting in the middle of an expansive courtyard in downtown Theed. Then... maybe there are some who just don't like buffing opposing factions... who knows. I'm not saying one way is better than the other... but when I buff... I'm buffing you primarily for MY benefit... not the faction you are in.
