I don't know about your server, but on Naritus, class 4 is on Tat, near anchorhead. Just go put out a harvestor.

I got the info that it spawned on Rori. It's not the best quality but it seems to be the place where to get it now.

we didn't have any spawn for 4 month, lol it sucked. finally we got a spawn like 3 weeks ago or so.
