Anyone wearing MORE than +25 BE clothes on TC?(and getting better benefits?)I've always been curious if the cap is hard wired at 25 or not, and with the new buff formula, you'd be able to tell for sure.

I'm also wondering what the buff pack base to power of the buff ratio is ending up as on the test center

Preliminary reports are that teh +25 cap is working. However, even if it were not in place you could pretty much rest assured that it would be fixed in short order. In other words there is supposed to be a +25 cap no matter what so you should not consider trying to rely on anything more tha +25. It would simply be far too unbalancing.
