currently my sets are coming like this :
ABEC's = 22/12 p/c
ACRDM's = 61 power
ASDS's = 66 power
made some 907 base / 3.3 hour duration buff packs with these.

ASDS - Power 73
ABEC - 19/12
ACRDM - 66
Question I have though, the ABECs I see some go for power & some go for higher charges so which is better.
Right now all my packs are identical. 862 Power,11672 duration & 20 charges per pack with Med Use 92...

In my experience, I have seen a fairly consistent correlation between ABEC power and buff power, at least for the higher end ABECS. The ration is roughly 1:1.
For example if using a 17/17 (p/c) ABEC and enhance pack power is 860. An 18/17 ABEC will give you a buff power of 861.
Personally I sway more toward charges nowadays because the very slight increase in power using more powerful ABECS is usually significantly outweighed by the number of charges.
However, this may change with publish 7. It remains to be seen how people will react to the static buff. Will people really want that extra 2.75 increase in HAM (max possible) per additional point of power... we shall see. I can make 10/23and 23/12 ABECS. The difference now is 13 base. With static buffs this would equate to 36 HAM points (maximum)
Of course you could hedge your bets and go halfway on power and charges, for example a 17/17 ABEC.
