ok i just master doctor and im trying to make buffs but im not getting good ones im useing all right things said in the forms do i need to have a factory my heath buffs are 512 not good plaese some give me some help with this

You need a factory to have matched sets of advanced BECs and advanced CRDMs. Make sure that all your stuff is advanced, and you use the highest quality Avian Meat and REactive Gas you can find...

You don't need a factory to make all the buffs...although it can save you on time and resources.

As Master, the highest level buff pack you can make is "D" level and you should be making those. To make those, you need to use components from a factory crate. To make GOOD ones, those factory produced components need to be ADVANCED (advanced Bio effect controller, and not just a regular bec, for example), and made from very good resources. You also need to expiriment the effectiveness up. If you are not able to spend all 10 expiriment points in effectiveness before you run out of room on that bar, then your resources may be good, but are not good enough to be considered great.
