Doctor Archive

Can someone tell me how to use Factories for doctors and such, i need to make money and this seems like the only way, how do i start, im at master surgeon but i wanna start making things, how do i get all of those "advanced" ingredients? do i set floras and all of that out? can someone please fill me in?>
