I did not experience this last night, if anything I felt my buffs were higher than normal. Using 800+ enhance packs the worst buff last night was for 1300 with everything else being easily 2000+.

Out of about 20 sets of full buffs I did yesterday, i had one 945, one 922, and one 875.

The other 117 were all above 1000, with the average being around 1450.

All buff packs were 849-850 in strength except for con (806) and Health (863)

I hit alot below 1000, twice in a rowsomehow which i never ever did before, anyone else having the same problem?

I have been too...... before it seemed like <1k buffs showed up in singles and occasionally.... now they seem to show up in sets

I got the same problem. I (and friends of mine) noticed this after the last patch (not Publish 6) that there's allways one enhancement below 1k. Before this we used to enhance all stats over 2k sometimes even 3k.

After publish 6 the most enhancements go 1k for all stats ... sometimes 900

I hate publish 6, SOE what have you done to my buffpacks
