1st u may not have the medicine use skill to buff but still can make the buffs. Look in your skill tree on the left and it will say med use. You probably have Pharm 4 and not a high enoough med use for that med u are trying to use. 2nd do you Target yourself 1st???

nother thing to check is do you have advanced wound treatment? you get the buff command in there and if you dont have it it appears to do nothing when you try ot use a pack.

To Upgrade something implies that you are adding too, enhancing, and fixing the thing that you are upgrading. The CU does not do this, it is not adding too, enhancing, or fixing the combat system that is in place, it is replacing the innovative SWG system with the generic one used by its competitors. Be honest and stop calling it the CU, Call it the CR (combat replacement) instead

And if you're buffing outside a med center with a droid, make sure the droid's power level isn't depleted.

You need to have enhance packs in inventory first!
