I think I might just go Master Doc which I am 2/2/0/1, but I have 0/0/1/2 in Combat medic.. If I surrender a Combat medic skill will I lose all those points & have to gain my med XP back again??

Simple answer: Yes. The med xp you put into combat medic will be gone for good.

Don't worry about the xps. I've played Doctor and CM, and the xps comes alot faster as a Doctor. At 2-2-0-1 you can use Enhance pack A's which can help out on missions. And you will get more xps buffing than you will using stims. Just make a bunch of Enhance Health and Action A packs and buff friends and pets before missions.

Because you have level 2 skills in doctor, you will not lose your med XP. YOur doctor skills will keep your cap high enough.

Thanks for the input, but I lost the med xp points anyway.. I dropped a CM skill & poof the XP was gone as well..

Oh well 30K should only take a day or 2 to get back...

As for the Enhance packs, I can't find any Enhance A's on Bria server to buy and My crafting skills are so poor I wouldn't know where to start on making my own.. I'll wait till I can find a vendor that has them or on the Bazaar.

you will NOT find any vendors selling Buff A's. You wont find any selling Buff B's either. You probably wont find any vendors selling Buff C's
