I heard something about janta blood or somethin that boosts the effect.

Janta Blood is used in place of the Biological Effect Controller. They have a Power of 100 and charges of 10. You will get a high powered Buff pack with low number of charges. Personally I make 900+ packs on Flurry without them so I think they are a waste of time since my end result will have almost 2X the number of charges than a Janta produced pack
