Ok i have been making buff packs for a few weeks now im currently averaging at about 830 base for my packs.

Now i have +50 Wound treatment speed and affect clothing, im wearing no armor and have no BF.

I used a full set of 6 on myself and got the following.

Health - 830 Base - Buff to self = 2200

Action - 864 Base - Buff to self = 1032

Const - 830 Base - Buff to self = 1321

Stam - 864 Base - Buff to self = 932

Stren -670 Base - Buff to self = 2741

Quik- 754 Base - Buff to self = 830

Whats that all about? im a MASTER DOCTOR how can i get a 2700 Buff with a 670 base pack and a 932 Buff with a 864 Base pack!? it drives me craaaazy, people who do not understand the doctor profession may think that i am not good at my profession or think that "He must have skimped on decent resources to make those particular packs" I worked my ass off to get these on my own.

Something needs to be done.

Got to say I disagree.

My packs are 875 base, excluding action which is 905. I use Bio clothing, and my droid with a 110% medical module and I never get below 1050 as a minimum buff.

These packs will give from 1050 upto 3300.

There are some things that help you give better buffs. Firstly never buff indoors, in a med centre or in a camp, these will take away your droid bonus of 10%. Bio clothes, although these are capped at +25/+25 you can have more but any more will not help. (OK I wear enough for +50/+50 You never know ;-) )

I think overal if you have good buff packs, bio clothing and buffing out doors with a droid you are doing the best possible buffs.

I always tell my customers that buffs are random, and low results can happen, I also offer money back for a result under 1100. Having talked to my customers they are happy with the randomness of buffs, because one day they might get a 1050 buff to Health, but the next they might get a 3300 buff. And to be honest, if I give very average buffs I should be hitting just over the 2000 mark anyway.

It's called wearing Bio-Clothing with +10 or more Injury Treatment bonuses!

You'll never reach the 3k buffing most people can achieve without it!

And I'm not talking about just wearing a Sunguard with those stats!

Wear a Sunguard, Pants/Dress and Shirt! You'll easily get an extra +30 or more Injury Treatment and it's a must have!

Of course it's still random, but lately it's rare I'll ever get any buffs under 1k!

Injury treatment is for stims. Wound treatment is for buffs.

Just to clarify...

If I was a customer and you buffed me for that amount I would be perfectly happy. . . .

I'd say on average I got better buffs with my 780 base packs than with my 910 base packs The lowest buff I got was with the 910 base pack.

In addition to the wound treatment BE clothing, try wound treatment skill tapes (only not in the sockets on the BE clothing), plus use that new chef food (whose name escapes me) for another 10-20%.

I was under the impression that the SUM of BE and tape skill bonuses was maxing at +25. I know I only have +25 to go along with master doc, and I get 1200-3400 range on my buffs, with a 2200 avg or so. That is using 900 base heal packs (except for 910 on action).

Being in a medical center or indoors will negate the 110 med rating on droids? Is this confirmed? I always thought the code would take the higher of the two med ratings.

/agree, the stats increases are way too random and need to be fixed. I have given 3300 action buffs with a base of 850 and then turned around and gave a 900 buff to the next person.

Everything I've read says the food at least stacks with BE clothing ... whther the skill tapes stack with BE clothing is something I've not seen conclusivley answered. A friend tells me it does stack, but I've seen no mention elsewhere. On my in game skill sheet, I do see a +6% shown for wound treatment tho (I've 6 points on skill tapes) so I'm inclined to say/hope it does stack.

The lowest Bivoli Tempari (sp) on my server gives a +10% to a buff, the highest (so far) a +20% - which should turn your worst 800 point buff into a 960 buff, embarrassing, but not total humiliation.

In addition the mod enhancement cap is at +25. So a +50.... +25 of it is a waste.
