Thread: What level of buffs start giving good xp?

I tried using an enhance b made with average resources to gain skill and it wasn't any better than tumblers, cantinas or wounds...so is there a point this starts giving good xp or should I stick with what I mentioned above for xp? Tumblings the best but is pretty boring, the cantina is hit or miss depending if a CM is present andwounds are my favorite because Im actually helping somebody but is very slow. So would I benefit by going up the knowledge tree and getting me some higher level buffs or not? Thanks

On my way up over the past few days, I found that enhance Bs only did a few hundred xp. I tumbled instead. Now that I am master doc, buffing with enhance Ds nets me around 1500xp. To answer your question, I think the xp increases exponentially with buffing. It sucks, but tumbling is probably easiest.

The best way to grind the doc tree is, with no doubt:

Find a ranger who is grinding frontiering, and who has a few nasty pets (2 is sweet), get a CM to health and action disease them, wait, wait a little more, wait a bit more! NOW... You can heal these pets wounds, which is marvelous xp! Try it... Its sooo much better than healing tumblers! And probably more fun, as people start to join in the camp, image designers, ppl who wants to pvp, image designers and so on!

If you want to buff to get exp buff your pet over and over just keep storing and calling. But exp wise its not worth it wen you can burn/disease a pet or tumble or just follow a group.

Out of curiosity, how much xp do you get for curing a pet's disease? Does it depend upon the pet?

You don't cure the disease, you cure the wounds caused by the disease. Normal XP rate of 2X the amount healed applies to pets.

Ohh, I see. In that case, how frequently does a disease wound the pet? During all the times I've been diseased, it's taken a long time for the damage to accumulate.

Half of the buff you use you get in xp, so if I enhance BobbyBillJoe's health by 660, I'd get 330 xp. 3,000 and I'd get 1,500 xp... simple as that. What I did was hang out at fort tusken - people are always needing heals... some of those bleeds they get will land you like 900 xp to heal it fully..

lol, buffing for xp. What a laugh. WAIT TILL YOU ARE MASTER TO BUFF. Heal pet wounds, that gives good xp, goto Corellia and heal dancers and musicians, some of them will even pay for healing there.

Don't ninja Buff someone for xp, that is just stupid.... not to mention rude.

Sorry, it was late when I posted that....edited buffs to wounds....I wouldnt think of ninja buffing people for xp I was thinking along the lines of buffing my pets if that is faster. I guess I'll stick with ninja healing people's wounds....
