19/11 isn't too bad for ABECs. There isn't anything you can do to make your ABECs any better except use better resources if you can get them.
The best way to boost the power of your stims is with better ALS. While the ABECs vary from 1/1 to .... something like 25/25 (maybe? Don't know what the max would be) the ALSs can hit 170 or so on power. Get some good Talusian water and Dant berrries and cook up some ALSs.

yes, 140 should be a minimum for ALS's for sellable stims, same for 50 ACRM's, and 14/18 on ABEC's..
Try to only use generic organic/inorganic's with oq/ut/pe over 900 in the final combine as well..
My current run is as follows I think:
ABEC - 11/17 (this is using up all exp pointsand getting ALL Great Successes, but there are bars left to fill just not enough experiment points to go round)
ALS - 170 (Best I have had so far is 173 so no great problems here, ingredients are maxed out)
ACRM - 53 (using Dathomir Herb meat which is quite good and a decent Class 4, ingredients are maxed out though)

One of three things is happening - either they have extra experimentation pointsor they are running multiple experiments until they get some "amazing success" and only then run the schematic or they have perfect resources.
With perfect resources, the ABEC will start out at 30%/30% which translates to about 11/10. Getting to 20 power requires about5 experimentation points with "great" successes. Getting to 18 charges requires about 5 experimentation points points as well.
With 12 experimentation points, one could get to 20/18 starting from about 23%/23% which is only 77% ideal resources (fairly easy to aquire).
My server has recently had a lot of the needed resources spawn with very good stats. Right now I'm making ABEC's with 12 power, 23 charges and ALS's with 177 power.
The onlygood resources I'm missing righ tnow are Herb meat and Class 4 liquid petro, soI've only been able to make ACRDM's with 45-50power.
With these I've been making some stim B's that are 42 / 432. I also have some carnivore meat that is 1000 OQ and have been able to make stim C's with a natural med use of 30, letting mesave my EP's for charges and power.
