When you experiment on a buff which option is used to Maximize it's stat increase and which is for duration?

Effectiveness works on both of those at the same time.

Effectiveness is Power AND Duration

Ease of Use is the Med Skill requierment

Charges is, well, the number of charges


The only time i ever put a single point in anything except Effectiveness is back before I was using the quality of resources that I currently use. I simply ran out of expirimentation room in that stat and HAD to put my points into charges (or abandon them).
