Thread: Buffing session that doesn't go wrong

Greetings All,
We all seem to hear about all these bad things that go on with doctors. Non-paying jerks, ingrateful combatants, and such. I'm just letting some people know that there are several good people left on the servers. I've done buff sessions on Dantooine the past 2 nights, for a total of about 40-50 sets of buffs. With all those buffs given, I didn't hear one complaint about low buffs, and only 3 people thought my price of 10K was too high. I never once spammed that I was selling buffs. I just sat down in front of the Tavern at the Mining Outpost and put on my Master Doctor tag.
There was a 2-4-4-3 Doctor there selling buffs the first night for 8K each. So 2 of the players that didn't like my price, I sent them to him. I don't see myself as competing with other doctors for buff business, I'm busy enough as it is. I even trained him inExpert Wound Treatment Speed. During a slow time we found a MCH with a couple of hurt kitties and we raced to see who could heal them the fastest (Stim E's rock, I win). Someone would run by with a disease, and I would heal them as they passed (It's fun to mess with people).
I'm really glad I did this because I was getting to the point that I was considering dropping Master Doctor, because I was getting too focused on the negative people. And I learned that Bivoli Tempori with Vasarian Brandy is the Doctor Happy Meal. I have a Master Chef friend that is now marketing these two together as theDoctor Happy Meal.

If I may be so bold as to ask, what is the price of your Doctor Happy Meal? It sounds like a great idea, and I'll mention it to my Chef friends on Ahazi.

BTW, I like your ideas of curing diseases as they pass by, and the race for the "kitty-healing." They both would take the boredom out of the Doctor profession. :->

Im on the Flurry surver. It is a rare day that I have a bad experience buffing folks.
I also cure disease/poison for free as folks walking by. I mean, come on, I don't want to catch what they got.

.I usually let those who need the xp heal wounds but if some one asks and I have the time I am glad to help. Each use in a wound pack cost what, maybe,75 cr.I dont mind helping others. It is part of the fun of the game.
It is up to everyone to set the culture in which they want to live (play).
