Thread: Using a macro to enhance = lower rolls? (may be related to low avg post)

As most doctors know using a macro to do full enhances is fairly useful method to save typing , time, and keeps your customer happy if you go afk(something i have to do a lot). this ability to use a macro to enhance people have been abused to create a looping macro that let doctors enhance while they are offline (offline playing = something that unbalance most MMPOG).

I've used such macro a while and it seems to work just fine and helped me a great deal. recently i noticed an unusual ocurance:

if i use a macro to enhance people i get lower roll and rarely even get to my avg.

if i don't use a macro i get normal rolls .

I'm not sure if it's really the macro causing the low roll but if it does it seems like the rules have changed todiscurage using a macro to enhance.I thought of testing this on a pet but i have very limited play time. now i have to type enhances out .

i'm not sure if it's because i specify stats on my macro or what

did anyone notice the same thing or tested it?

Thats weird. Today I did the crappiest buff with the same set of packs I had for a while now. Normally I average at 2.2k and today most where at 1.3k and one even hit 994... I never hit under 1k normaly.

They'd get bored as hell doing that after a while, and then I'd be through with having conversations for the rest of my life."

Get a good droid too. I bought a Medical Droid thinking my buffs would be better... they sucked. As a test I pulled out my old R2 droid with Medic skills and I did better buffs.

But what's this about Doctors using macros to buff? They just buff a whole bunch of people around? What a waste of money...

I'd rather camp my butt in a busy place using a /shout Macro to attract customers and buff them. There are times when no one needs a buff, but at least I'm not wasting my valuable buffs on anyone.
