A quick question for you experienced doctors...
The other week I bought up a whole lot of enhance D kits. the med use on them is 91 and 92. I spent a couple mill buying crate after crate of the stuff. My plan was to not master doctor, but raise 2 lines and buy meds.
Unfortunately, if I understand correctly, I will not be able to use those packs without master. Is it correct that I will have a med use of 90 at level 4?
My intent is to be able to purchase D's that I can use with a skill set of 0 4 4 0. Are enhance packs with a use rating 90 or below hard to make, and if they are not, are they rare.. ie.. are almost all enhance D's 91 or higher, or did I find a bad experimented lot and make a bad purchase?
Any help would be great.

Base Med Use is normally around 92 or so, dependent upon certain factors of course. This means that you must Master Doctor to get the Med Use in order to use those packs.
It is only a matter of one to two experimentation points to lower the med use requirement to 90, which will allow an x.x.4.x Doc to use them. You simply need to ask or contract with a MD to create those packs at 90 med use for you.

One thing to keep in mind with the Enhance D packs is that using 2 experimentation points to lower the med use is just 2 more points that's not spent on increasing the power or charges of the pack. Plus a Master Doctor gets an additional +25 to wound treatment which helps determine the actual buff. I just wanted you to know these facts so you're not disappointed if your buffs are lower.

I find it is useful to be a master doc anyway, when your trying to make a few credits, the master doc gets the business...

I can make 30c/933p/90 Med use Enhance D's. so you can get soome good 90 Med use packs out there..

Also, you can consider looking for some skill tapes that give +1 or 2 to med use. Expensive, most likely, but it'll save you quite a few skill points.
Get a bio-engineered clothing that gives +25 to wound/injury treatment. Then you have the skill of a master doc.
(Of course, most master docs DO have clothing +25, so they're STILL 25 points ahead of ya. lol)
