Stim B's are the best sellers. You can also sell Stim C's with the med use at 30 (so they can be used with pharmacology 3), but I only sold the higher level stims by request. They never sold well enough (at least for me) to bother keeping them stocked at all times. However, I'm sure that, if you kept some on the shelves, you'd find that they'd sell eventually.
Medical Components do sell well, but usually only if they're in large quantities (with the same serial) and of good quality. Often, I don't think people realize where you can use junk components and get a great final item while spending fewer credits.
You might want to consider simply selling medical resources until you can make your way to the top of the crafting tree. Once you're there and have 10 experimentation points to spend, you can start selling higher quality subcomponents. Plus, selling your excess resources will net you a nice income.
