I've never had any before, and I was wondering is there a going rate for Janta Blood? I know that different servers have different prices, but if I can get an idea that would be great.

With the stuff being so rare, I don't think there's really any sort of "going rate." I'd probably offer about 1k credits per vial, but that's just me. Perhaps someone else would offer something drastically different.
