ok first off with 250BF i am able to do 2.5k buffs. i use 830 eff buffs. How? well the role is still kinda random. OK here is what u do. have ur stats buffed on with food and entertainer buffs and or spice. get it to about 1.8k each stat and buff majority in 2.5k range low end 1400 ........ none of that 900 bull**edit**

Hi guys, I'm new to this and was just wondering, If you get a mind buff then buff yourself with all the other atributes will it make your buffs higher when you buff someone?

no, mind buffs do not give you +wound treatment, they simply give you more mind.
The doctor's BF doesn't matter when buffing, just the patient's (unless your buffing yourself
)
The way to get the best rolls is 110 med droid, +25 BE clothes, and +24 Bivoli Tempari (don't know if it can be made to +25 yet, not many chefs realize what this food is worth yet)

"When I have 250 battle fatigue I am still able to buff for 2500 points, even with 830 effectiveness doctor buffs. How do I do this you ask?
Here's what you do:
Eat food, get your mind buffed by an entertainer, and use spice. Get your stats to around 1800 each. You'll find that your buffs will mostly be around 2500 points or at the low-end, 1400.
The commonly held belief that you need to use 900 effectiveness buff packs is bull**edit**!"

I've hit +25 Bivoli on Radiant. It took additives at >90% effectiveness (117 power), as well as experimenting the bivoli's nutritional value over 90%. Very expensive to make, but the docs love it.

the bivoli i've seen just gives + to mind. Is there a different or new kind that increases wound treatment or something?

Actually the doctor's BF does matter.
BF appears to raise the mind cost of all actions (at least healing and BE actions).
So if you have a smaller mind pool, you may need to rest more if you have BF while you are buffing. It has no documented effect on the buffs themselves though.
