Why is it when buffing myself, the quality of the buff is always much lower than when I use the same buff packs on someone else. I often often enhance myself (using enhance D's around 750) under 1000, and never get under 1000 on others. I guess thats good when Im selling buffs, but I was just wondering if this is normal or if this is just the way it has worked for me so far and will even out eventually.

Really? It's totally opposite for me - when I first got my good buffs aruond 800, I buffed myself. They were all around 2,000 - all of them. Then I went to buff and they were all 1,500 and below, go figure.
I think it's all just coincidence and the buffs are just extremely random

This is good. I was hoping it was this way, but until my buffs are lower (higher in this case) than the ones I sell its tough to be sure..
