Thread: Need help with the advanced components in buff packs

What are the numbers in the advanced components that I should shoot for to make the best buff packs?
The three are:
Advanced Biological Effect Controller: what power and charges number?
Advanced Solid Delivery Shell: power?
Advanced Chemical Release Duration Mechanism: power?

Do you mean which stats in the resources, e.g. Overall Quality should be the highest? I'd recommend looking at the description when you boot up the crafting tool for each particular item. As 'best' depends on what you are aiming to create. Best no. of charges/Best Power/Best Duration?

I use this as a guide generally, was posted some time ago which I noted down
ABEC - 20+ charges/15+ power
ACRDM - 50+ power
ASDS - 65+ power
ALS - 160+ power
