If this were to be used in conjuction with another +5 medical experimentation clothing, it would be very valuable because that would give the doctor an extra experimentation point (allowing a maxium of 11 experimentation points). However, +5 experimentation by itself would not add any more valuable experimentation points, it would only slightly increase your chance ofgetting a great success in crafting/experimenting

They are made from the Crafter's Apron schematicsthat you getin the Jabba Palace theme park. You always get one, however there are 4 different kinds of aprons and you can't know which one you have until you learn the schematic, and only tailors can. They all have three uses, and use some pretty rare drops, heavy duty leather.
