Has anyone ever seen a skill tape With +2/+3 med use? never seen one and would like ot be able to get one. If anyone has one let me know so I will not feel like I am wasting my time looking for one.

they do not work
the devs removed the med use skill tape functionality way back when. There are som still floating around, but even if you found one, it would not affect your med use level.
