I don't believe thats the best way to go about it, if the player is not a smuggler it cost him 45 points upon faction death. You asking for fp, which comes as a penalty to tip based on rank the best way to get fp is learn an elite combat class. If you wanna mop em up fast get pistoleer and fanshot npc's!!!

Unfortunately it would be exploited, e.g. imperial gets rebel RL friend to kill his alt over and over, using his doctor to rez his alt. Could be done with macros overnight. Ding! AT-ST.

However, charging FP for rezzes and buffs while on a raid is an excellent idea, since a dedicated healer isn't likely to leave a raid with a positive faction point count...
I don't know how many FPs would be appropriate, but I bet all those riflemen could spare some...

Resing a fallen comrad is hard work, arguably harder than taking a weapon to the enemy. I want to throw out the idea of faction points being awardedfor resing properly alligned players who are killed by a member of the opposite faction. This isjust a general statement but I want to hear what you think? Am I crazy for wanting FP because I am saving a rebel's life?

Is it? I find steaming past then clicking my /drag button until I get to a safe spot somewhat easier than taking on an enemy...
