Hmm I'm a bit concerned now. I read this thread http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=in_testing&message.id=4834
And a doc there who previously crafted packs to 853 couldn't get higher as 810. Will it be harder now to craft good quality enhancement packs?

Docs are not affected as much as other professions, because of our materials and percentage breakdowns.
If you have very bad materials (below 500), yes your packs will be worse then before... If you use 800 and higher resources, the values will remain very close to what they are now (if you are a master doctor).
Basically less experimentation points and/or poor materials are wore then they were before.
High experimentation points and good materials get about the same results.

But the amount of buff will be less than the highest but more than the lowest currently, too. Meaning no more 3500+ buffs.

That's not a function of experimentation (pack strengths have not changed really).
That is a game balance issue.

Since I am the Doc in the first posters message I can tell you I am using 18 charge 16 power Bio's, 66 power solid's, 63 power chem release, the avian is 986OQ, 716 PE, 585 decay, and the gas is 968OQ 313 decay. I have 12 points, using a 14.40 tool, 40.74 station.
I have made over 50 packs and none have hit the 853 baseI made with ease the night before the publish.
From what I have done so far the less complex the item is that you are making the better the result (made 172 power liquids before patch making 181's now with the same resources). Also many of the packs that I do make end up with, besides power that is lowerthe duration is dropped quite a bit.

Hmm so it IS harder to craft good packs now. *sigh* Well anyway I just crafted 50 each stat which should last for quite some time. Till I need to craft again I should have some better resources too. (Hitting 870 now)
