Im in favor of the new buffing system. My one questions is...if a non master has his BE clothes maxed, med droid, ect ect... And he/she is useing 900+ paks, will their buffs be the same as a master doc with no be clothes useing the same paks? If so, will BE clothes make the master docs buffs higher than the non master? Im a bit confused...
Will this take away the effect of being a master doc?

BE clothes are +25 to whomever has them.. so a master doc w/ +25 will do better then a treatment IV doc with +25. the mastyer will have +25 value more.

I use BE bivoli every time I buff now, and I've CERTAINLY noticed the difference with an extra +20 to my wound treatment. It's actually an incredible difference. So while a master codtor with BE clothes can get to 125 treatment, a dabbler doctor can only get to 100. This is both without bivoli, I might add. With the new system, it would look like this:
Assuming you use an 810 pack like I do:
Droid =10, BE clothes = 25, master doc = 100, Bivoli = 20. Total is 155
Droid =10, BE clothes = 25, dabbler doc = 75, bivoli = 20. Total is 130
810 + (810 x1.55) = 2065.5 for master doctor.
810 + (810x1.3) = 1863 for the dabbler doctor. This also assumes the dabbler takes the time, care, and money to make his buffs the best possible. Without the bivoli, which is NOT cheap (90K for 50 uses on my server) he's only hitting 1701.
To a lot of people, that's a disappointing buff. Over 2K, however, isn't. 200 points extra might not matter in real life, but to the mind's eye, the 2K mark is what does it. Sort of like why gas stations put that 9/10ths of a cent on the end of their prices. To make you think they're cheaper than they are. But what are you ACTUALLY saving when you fill up your car? 2 cents, on a 20 gallon tank.
