can someone tell me what its used for and by who, is it any good or should i just deleat it ?

Just delete it. Sometimes those guys drop a handful of resources. It's nothing special and will only take up space in your inventory.

I sometimes loot crappy stones knives. The only useful loot is Janta Blood which I have never looted.
