Thread: Crafting Experience help needed...

I am a 4442 Medic right now and am now trying to craft my way through the organic chemistry skill boxes.
I hear that there are crafting macros for grinding this stuff out quickly.
Can any of you please give me some help and tips as to the best, fastest and most cost effective way to grind all the crafting from novice medic, all the way too master doctor?
All I know is that at 35 points and 19 seconds for each Biological Effect Controller, this is going to take me forever to do. Any help, advice, insightand macros will be greatly appreciated.
Personaly I like to play my character and earn all of my skill points, but I am not going to use any of the stuff I am crafting until I reach Master Doctor anyway (Might make Stims at master medic), so I just want to get there as fast as I can now. I will still get most all of my medical skills be actually healing random people around the galaxy, but this crafting stuff has got to be grinded out.
I am not a holo grinder either. This is my chosen profession for this character.

Get yourself another 2 food and chem crafting tools. Make ahotkey for each You do not need to wait for one tool to 'finish' before using another tool. This way, you can craft non-stop, if you want.
Use F9, F10, F11 for your 3 tools
Start with F9, choose the BEC and HIT ENTER
double-click your resources, they go into the slots they belong automagically.
HIT ENTER, HIT ENTER, choose PRACTICE.
HIT ENTER.
Use F10
it will already have the BEC selected so just HIT ENTER
double-click resources
HIT ENTER
HIT ENTER
HIT ENTER
HIT ENTER
F11, ENTER, double-click resources, ENTER, ENTER, ENTER ENTER......
That is the fastest way.

I used 4 tools, and crafted throught all the doc crafting while waiting for shuttles and stuff. took me about 8 days or so. Lots of people do it in less, but I couldn't stand to craft for 6 or 8hrs straight on weekends.

Actually that's the slow manual way of doing it. Look through the link in the previous post and you'll find a good crafting macro that'll go much faster. If you have the right resources, your better off making ABEC's. They give more exp.
