hi i am a newb doc. i am trying to sell some buffs. so i bought some that were 730 base..im not sure what is good and what i should be getting. but i was buffing andi am hitting 1.4k stat on my highest..am i doing something wrong??? do i need a better driod? or better buffs?...any info would help..thnx

There is a huge variation in buff you get out a pack. So you may just have bad luck.

730 isn't a bad buff, but not an exceptional one either. It should give you better results than that, up over 2k buffs are quite regular with those.

Try to get some +25 injury/wound treatment BE clothes and a 110 med droid and try some more. That should help.

Even with that though, you will get some 850 buffs and some 2.5k+ ones.
