please help me I have tried to make enchanced med packs and action packs

I can make them ok there not very good as im just practicing, but when I come to use them

It does nothing, it says nothing and does not use any.

Im trying to use them on myself.

Is this a bug?

if so is there a way around this?

im doc 0/0/1/1 not buffed and have enough med use to be able to use them

If you look at your skills you see that you need Advance Wound Treatment to be able to buff. So if you get 0-2-1-1 it will work.
