i think 2 second delay is good enough in my books.

As a Master Medic, Master Combat Medic, Master Doctor, I'm wondering why my "Injury Treatment Speed" skill mod is only +75?? My "Wound Treatment Speed" skill mod is, in fact, +100, along with every one of my medical skills, except for "Injury Treatment Speed"


Anyone else having this problem?
