Thread: Hi. New Master Doc here. Question about BE clothing.

Been hearing alot about BE clothing and how it helps Doctors. So I'm wondering what are the stats I'm looking for in the BE cloths. Thanks.

You want anything which in total will take you up to +25 injury treatment and +25 wound treatment. Each skill level is capped at 25 (it would be silly if every piece of clothing you wore had mods and stacked ) So you can get like a shirt with +15 to both and a Jacket +10 to both. Example: If you get a shirt +15 and a jacket +15 you still only get 25, not 30.


I got a question whilst I'm posting Doc experimentation clothing, I understand its as rare as rocking horse $#!T, but...


1/ Can it be crafted by bio-engineers same as other skill mods ?


2/ If they're only tapes how much would a average doc experiementation tape cost ?


3/ Do skill tapes stack ? Are they capped at 25 ?

No, they are not crafted. The price depends a lot on demand, and it caps at 25.

Experimentation bonus can not presently be crafted via BE comps by Tailors, it's all skill tapes. Though I have heard some rumblings of new quest schematics that affect crafting skills. I'm not a tailor anymore, so I can't provide more details, but I'm sure the folks on the Tailor board would be happy to help.

And unlike BE clothing skill tapes do not stack. So a Med Experimentation +5 and another +5 does not give you +10 and an extra experimentation point.

They are bugged if you use them in one piece of clothing I believe. I was under the impression they do stack- but you need to use them in different pieces.

There's a bunch of tricks to use to get some weird skilltapes to work as well.
