Best way to decide on prices is to shop around and see what others are selling the item(s) for. Every server's market prices are a bit different as people comprise the marketplace and set the prices; and what people can get is based on competition (other people manufacturing the same or better quality for less cost than you) and the costs of the resources (either to harvest them yourself or to purchase them and the time involved where you can be spending the time doing missions and gathering credits).

Look at the resource costs, look at the time costs to manufacture these and go from there. 145 for liquid stim is very good. How many of these do you have? How many can you make? Are you looking to make the final product (Stims) or just sell the LS to Doc's? If the latter, talk with Docs and see what they are willing to pay on your server.

Also consider adding a premium associated with the location you're selling in. Coronet will always be flooded with product. So I've managed to make 100% profit (or more :smileyhappy in some of the out of the way locations because someone forgot to stock up before they left, and I'm the only source on the local bazaar...
