Thread: We're Paying THIS Much...?
It's because people are using them in enhance packs. I am amajor medical vendor dealing mainly with advanced stims and enhance D's. Right now I'm paying 150 cpu for avian meat on Ahazi, and I generally pay 20 cpu for good herbivore meat.
The bottom line here is that there'sa lot of money to be made giving buffs that justifies the high price on avian meat. Typical on my server people are charging 7-8k for buffs. It takes 138 units of avian meat to make 1 complete set of enhance packs, which have say 30 or so charges (mine have 35 atm). Enhance packs sell easily at approximately 1/2 the revenue they generate, for example I'm selling 35-830-3:20 hrs (90 use) for 140k per complete set and it is HARD to keep them in stock.
138 units of avian -------> 140k in revenues
Of course there are many other components that go into making enhance packs but this is where all the money is coming from for good spawns of avian meat.
