Yes simply becuase the biggest factor in the bio controllers is UT and OQ, PE plays only 33% in the equation
For the Wild Wheat the OQ and the PE are the issue, there is no UT on the Wheat - the PE plays a 33% part inthe Wheat'svalue. The UT attribute comes from the Fiberplast you use (with is also only 33%)
If there was some Lok Wild Wheat with 800 OQ and 600 PE in my house, I'd use it before this stuff.

The PE only plays a value if you're experimenting a BEC for power. If you're experimenting for charges, PE has absolutely no relevance. As I never bother with power on a BEC (it's pointless to do so, in my opinion), OQ is all that matters. PE on Lokian Wild Wheat means nothing to me.

Its better than anything I've seen whilst I've been on Tarquinus.

I would take it - beats what I am using now.
Plus chef's wouldnt rarely want this stuff.. other than to make non stat dependant components like dough or alcohol. Chef's actually depend on PE for power more than Docs do (DR for fill). I was pretty amazed at that once I started on my recent road to Chefiness. OQ is a secondary stat for pretty much all of the chef foods I have seen so far, and I am getting up there.

Just wondering, I am looking for good stat stuff so I can make some good buff packs for myself. The stats are:
Decay Resist: 476
Flavor: 863
Potential Energy: 64
Overall Quality: 963
Think that that is any good?

I'm sure a Chef would love it - but you're in the doc forum and that PE is terrible.

Gimme! If you're experimenting your ABECs for charges like most docs do, you can completely ignore the PE on your wheat.

Depends on what's been on your server lately. That's about 5 times better than the last 3 shifts we've seen on Lowca.

Indeed. Most docs experiment ABEC's for charges, not power. If that's the case, the only thing you really care about in Lokian Wild Wheat is OQ - the PE can be awful and it'll still yield an excellent product.
Of course, the more important resource for an ABEC is the Tatooinian Fiberplast - you need good OQ AND UT on that one.
