If you have one, sure. They're especially tastey in a chocolate, banana, peanut butter shake.
Are they Legal? didn't think so.

there are faster ways to master doc afk....
the fastest way is burning pets till you can buff then buff pets and store...recall pet and re buff.
The burning pet is realy only good though if you have a high ham pet like 8k minimum. Get some high wound packs...best you can find or have made and go for it. I can heal health damage for 1k exp.
Macro tumbling only bothers me wen i have to hear them macro spam for tips about it. And its funny wen you get one afk tumbler in a med center and there are like 4 people healing it lol...gets me roling every time haha...what a waste of stims.
How do AFK Tumbler healers (or AFK Macroers in General) hurt the rest of us in this game...
They burn up all the resources, making them very hard to find, so doctors/medics/crafters that enjoy "playing the right way" are unable to do so, because Joe Shmoe is using them all to heal tumble monkeys, or whatever they are doing this week. That's how they hurt the rest of us.
AFK Macroing has ruined the cantinas. You used to be able to go in there, get the scoop on raids and such, have a friendly conversation with your favorite dancer/muscian, tell jokes, laugh and have a overall great time. Never hated the cantinas, until the AFK Macro Bots came along, now it's a cold, steril, no assemblance of fun place to go, that I dread, and all the "real" dancers have left because you basically made their proffession not fun anymore, and ruined thier tips because most people won't tip when a Macro Bot is close by. That's how they hurt the rest of us. Money out of pockets, and destroying a job.
They make it hard for fighters/hunters to find good healing when they need it, as most medics are macroing in a corner with a tumble monkey than treating patients. It destroys interdependence of the classes, and eats away at the fragile social society that many of the pioneers of the game worked very hard to build, and those of us that came later tried to help grow. That's how they hurt the rest of us.
This game, if you read what the developers intended, was for a social structure to be dependent on each other to function. They built in down times for us to get to know each other and learn to work together and AFK macroing basically skirts that completly, making selfish players that won't help a fellow player to save their life, not even talking to them while they wear the (Helper) tag above their head healing a tumble monkeys. It seems, that personal greed has made that goal all but impossible to acheive, as most people would rather "level up as quick as I can and not work with any of you" than make a society. That's how it hurts the rest of us.
/sigh
This is not counting effective combat healing of "non-cheap template uber armored bozo tanks"... which is actually fastest.

You know what else the devs intended? A player driven economy where prices fluctuate based on supply and demand.
But I guess you only care about what the devs intended when it suits your argument.
