Actually, many of the issues were combined in the beginning. Unfortunately combined issues tended to get no response or the overall issue was ignored in favor of some specific section of the issue. I found that it was a lot more efficient to break out the issues into as seperate a set opf packages as a I could not just for improving our responses to specific parts of issues, but also because sometimes people could not always agree on what parts of issues they would support (and vote for) and which parts they did not agree with. The breakout made it more flexible for folks to pick and choose what they wanted to vote on, too.
Of course Traigus could always change any of that stuff now that he is the Doctor Correspondent, but that's why the list looks like it does now from when I compiled it.
He likes to count them as multiple questions.
I, on the other hand, prefer to do a "What's up with these 43 doctor issues?" (followed by a 7 page itemized list) as my question number 1.
I guess it is all a question of style.
