Ok, I finally got the schamatic to work, and was well, rather dissapointed. Limited schamatic [5 uses] but you can make a factory schematic.
Materials Used:
Organic
Dant Dometicated Milk
973 OQ
756 PE
Inorganic
Varium Carbonate Ore
898 OQ
894 UT
Only have 2 experimantal points, but base was 17 charges at 108 Base heal.

There you have it

Also, here's a regular Stim A made with the same materials and also experimented in eff. for comparison.

Why would anyone do this when they can make a Stim B and get better results?

I would have to see what a Master Chemist/Master Doctor could get the results to with 10 exp points.
For 8 organic and 8 inorganic, and if you could make a 1000 factory schematic from each 5xlimited schematic use, I could defiantly see the cost advantage of this if you could get around 200 heal and 20+charges.
Stim B's take a lot more to be made out of a factory compared to a Stim A...
Just a thought

Edit
Stim B's take a lot more time and resources to be made from a factory

It is a very newbie quest.
I did it with 3 novice skilsl and the default cdef pistol (though the average person would need a little more to kill a mutant rat that was on one of the quests).
It is definitely not a doc level quest. But consider. None of the 3 quests needed to do this was more then 850m from the med center (for me anyway). With the same requirements as a regular Stim A to make, this si a very good reward for a new player doing quests.
Also note, there are all sorts of 5 use schematics in this TC patch in higher level places (for weapons and the like).. Much like the A+ the schematics weren't working last I checked. This is the first step in quest loot. Not all healing items are Doctor based.
As part of the Bestine revamp, they had to take into account new players as well as veterans.

You know, the one nice thing about this schematic is the cheapness of the resources required. If this item could be experimented up to about 200 power, it might be a nice, cheap alternative for new players that can't afford a lot of Stim B's. Seeing as a doctor could make 5000 of the things with a limited use schematic, it would be a good offering as a "lead in" product to get new players coming to your shop early, even if you don't make a mint on it. Eventually, those same players will start buying up higher level meds (hopefully).

I think that I would make crates of them and sell them for 10k a crate. Not bad considering my simB's go for 35-40k a crate depending on what I use to make them.

Assuming 5 cpu for resources and a crate of 50, you're looking at a cost of 4k per crate.

Right. If you assume that you're only spending 16 units of resources for a whopping 80 credits per pack (or less depending upon costs), you could easily sell these things for a few hundred credits and make a nice return while offering something to those without gobs of cash to throw around.
