2 factories.....one is just tooo slow
4 flora harvesors (1 for Dant Berries, 2 for Lok wheat, 1 Dom Oats)
2 Chemical (Tat fiberplast)
2 Gas (Reactive gas)
1 minerials (get something for inorganic filler)
Find a good hunter for Avian and Herbivore, buff him/her free for life!

Ican not stress how important it is to buy high BER (base extraction rate)harvestors! Do not settle for the crappy 2-3 BER harvestors on the bazaar. Find a good architect and get him/her to make you some good ones.
yes good point. If its a med harv you want BER 10 if its a heavy you want BER13...i think fusion goes to 14 but not sure (i have a nice pre nerf 25 BERfusion hehe)
Lol i love edit heh...Also make sure the hoppers are big enough to run for a couple days...Dont let some arch sell you a ber 13 chem and find out that they crit failed in the hopper size and it only holds 20k or sompthing...Look closely

This is about right, but you forgot the moisture vaporator. Plus you can always adjust what you're getting. If the Lok wheat sucks, but the Dantooine berries are good, drop all 4 floras on Dantooine to stockpile. I stockpiled 120K of Dolovite back in October and I've still got 100K of it. Share resource locations with other Doctors. If there is nothing good on the server at any given time, mine ore, Architects will love you.

Back in the day when I would sell meds professionally, I often had 8 of each type of harvester. If Talusian Water Vapor was good, I'd have all 8 on it. If Lokian Wild Wheat was good, I'd have all 8 on it. If Dolovite Iron was good...well, you get the idea.
This way, I'd constantly stockpile good resources and could pass over crummy resources. After all, you probably won't want a harvester (or two) dedicated to nothing but Lokian Wild Wheat if the Lokian Wild Wheat stinks for a month or two straight - and that happens, believe me. In addition, it's a heck of a lot easier to maintain your harvesters if they're all in one or two places.
I'd also recommend buying all of your power. You can usually buy all you need for 1 to 2 cpu and then you can use your lots for harvesting the resources you need.
Of course, that setup requires plenty of investment capital but, if you're in the med business for long, you'll have it. Or, if you want to get a jump start on it while you're waiting for higher quality resources to shift in, just harvest something of high quality and sell it for a nice profit. Then just reinvest.
