I looked over the faq, and I just want to make sure I am not missing something before I drop Master Doc. The only reason I want Doc is to buff, so could I technically drop master doc down to 0-4-4-0 and stil be able to perform my buffs?

Yes, but you will need to have packs experimented down to Med Use 90 so you can still use them. And you will also lose 25% of wound treatment which helps determine your buff.

Yes, but make sure your buff packs are 90 Med Use or lower

As stated already, meduse <=90 for you to use...

And your range will drop... if you were doing 1200-3200, you might now do 800-2500 with the same pack (rough guestimate only)
