so....is there a difference between pack a's and pack c's?
besides the amount of charges....
also...is it even worth it to put in advanced components?

in most cases it takes 3 charges from an a pack to cure poison. with c packs its 1. it also depends on the power of the poison. I am a master doc and i stick with b packs most of the time

For PvP you definitely want Cs. For PvE, As or Bs will do. Dunno about advanced components, my guess is that you'd probably want an advanced biological effect controller just for the extra charges.

I've never ever failed to heal a cm poison or disease with one charge from a fully advanced cure B pack... And I've been a doc/cm for quite a long time...
Cs are significantly more difficult to make, I don't see a reason to bother... 45 or 50 charges on a B isn't hard to get...
