Thread: Buffs reduced by 20%+? What gives?

Today, my average buff is around 2000. That's me, a Master Doc, wearing my +25 Wound Treatment BE clothing, and after +24 Bivoli.
My average buff after the patch removed randomness was around 2400.
What's the deal with the reduction? Anyone else seeing this? (The only thing that I can think of is that my BE clothing is beat up - 0 condition)

I guess skill mods don't work when the clothes they're in hit 0. Glad I store my inmy buff bot.

Yeah, but why today? They've been at 0 for a long time now, because I still show the mod in my skill window. I guess I'll try to repair it and see if that helps....

BF of 200 triggers a reduction as well despite there being no warning about shock levels.

yup was about tocall out the bf. My buffage is still the same since the patch. you or the person being buffed must've had crazy bf.

The warning is currently broken. It should be at 250.. but it appears at 400 IIRC.
