And I've heard that even if you use lots of wound/injury treatment bio clothes that it caps at +25, is that true?

true ,,,with +25 clothing everything else is usless

Except for Bivoli. With +25 Bivoli, you can basically be at +150 wound treatment, +25 from Bio clothes and +25 from bivoli. Get with your master chef for details on the bivoli.
