Will I be able to use enhance D packs? All the ones I see are use 92, while A 0-4-4-0 Doc gets only 90 =(. Anyone know if some D's have less than 92 use or do i need to drop to C's?. Someone told me the medicine use skill tapes were broken, so that will not work.. Thanks

I think its possible to use D's, you just have exp with ease of use and get it to 90 or below. but that kind of defeats the purpose since you'll probably have to use at least half your exp pts to get it there. that doesnt leave you much to get your eff much better than a C.

Any Doc with 11 or more experimentation points can make 90 med-use buffs with power fully experimented...

If the avian meat and gas aren't very good, it is also possible to max out power with 9 points some of the time... (1 point is enough to lower med use from 92 to 90, sometimes even from 93 to 90.)

I imagine there are a couple of people on every server selling them...

There's a doc on Kettemoor that sells 900+ packs with both 91 and 89 med use. The only difference is 2 charges lower on the 89's.
