Thread: Avian meat on Endor?

The faq ses that none has ben found there. Now i know that the post is fairly old and all. Has anyone found endorian avian meat? And if so what drops it ?

No mobs on Endor drop avian meat. You could still get tiny amounts as loot if you're really hardcore.

Yeh some guy posted stats for a looted avian thats 950+ oq and pe heh...I was kinda hoping that some odd mob that nobody kills might actualy drop it. Thing is though after as long as the game has ben out if anything droped it someone probably would have found it by now. Its a shame though the stats are realy sweet and all the other avian sucks now : (

there is a single creature that drops it. it's like the great lantern bird or something like that, but they're very rare, from my findings.

Yes, Avian meat is dropped on Endor. The powerful and rare Lantern birds drop them. I've hunted them, yesterday infact. What they're dropping is nothing too great right now though.

I know on naboo there is a chub or some small wimp mob that newbies kill. If you harvist meat you get one type but if you harvist an enraged one you get a diffrent type. Maby thats what we have here. Although its odd that this late in the game we dont have hard facts about there being avian on endor i have alwase found it odd that there wasent. Maby the lantern drops herb meat but a great lantern or enraged/frienzied or what have you drops avian. Ahh well i havent ben to endor for a wile i guess ill go see if i can find some mobs that most likely nobody tried to kill to much.
But on avrage most people dont have scout...and even fewer loot meat. And even less would notice that its endorian avian. Yeh lots and lots of people still left out there but i guess its possable it was missed. After all most scouts etc wen collecting hides or meat have targets in mind it would just be the casual hunter that happens to loot meat that would find it.And probably not in a quality/quanitythat justified keeping. And most casual hunters are going to loot bone or hide to make camps with.

None of the lantern bird species drop avian meat, despite many /bug reports to have this fixed. Glimmering, Shimmering, Radiant, etc all drop Herbivore meat.

yes, regular lantern birds drop herb meat, however there isa larger, more powerful version that drops avian. it is the only mod on endor that drops it. go check allakhazam's beastiary.
